Understanding What Shapes Us
So much of how we think, feel, and move through life is influenced by our past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning. Often, we don't realize just how deeply these shape the way we see ourselves and relate to the world around us.
My work is about bringing greater awareness to these patterns and exploring what lies beneath them. While we may come to understand our experiences intellectually, meaningful change involves moving beyond intellectualization and into a deeper, felt experience of ourselves. Through this process, we create space to integrate and embody new awareness, allowing it to shape how we relate to ourselves, make choices, and move through life.

Meet Naomi
Naomi is a Trauma-Informed Certified Professional Coach (CPC) having completed her training at The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and The Centre For Healing, with continuing education from the National Institute For The Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM).
My own experiences with mental health led me to look beyond the labels (depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD etc.) and look towards the deeper experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns that lie beneath them. I became interested in understanding how these deeper influences shape the ways we relate to ourselves, navigate the world, and learn to cope with life. This shift in perspective transformed my understanding of my own experiences and ultimately led me to the work I do today.
Now based in the Sacred Valley of Peru, my understanding of healing continues to evolve through my experiences within the psychedelic and plant medicine space, alongside my exploration of herbalism, energy work, and fascial release. These experiences have broadened my perspective on healing and continue to shape my work.
Through self-inquiry and inner exploration, I offer a supportive space to approach our experiences with greater compassion and grace, develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, and integrate and embody new perspectives and awareness into our lives, allowing us to live with greater alignment and authenticity.
